If you are not yet a customer and have any questions or would like to open an account, please call 0800 00 88 00 (8am till 8pm, Monday to Friday).

For existing customers

If you already bank with us, you can contact us on 0800 00 55 00, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You can choose from two options:

  • If you would like to speak with someone, our experienced CitiPhone Personal Bankers are available at any time, day or night. At your request, they can perform a range of tasks, from paying bills, to transferring funds, to stopping cheques
  • Or you can use CitiPhone automated banking, our fully automated system that lets you use your telephone keypad or speak your requests to manage your finances

Whichever way you choose, CitiPhone Banking lets you call the shots.
