With Citigold, we look after so much more than just your financial peace of mind - you will also be able to take advantage of a range of insurances, all included as standard.

• Worldwide Annual Holiday Travel Insurance for you and your family members, provides comprehensive insurance, including winter sports cover as standard. Supplied by ACE European Group Limited. Business Trips are excluded.
• Identity theft protection, provided by Homecare Insurance Limited - Offers valuable insurance protection to help cover the cost of restoring your identity if you should become a victim of identity theft. You will be assigned a dedicated caseworker who can help to get your identity restored without all the time and effort it would usually take. You can also get free access to your credit report through Experian, access to a confidential helpline and receive credit alerts whenever there are any unusual changes to your credit report
• Protect your purchases, provided by Assurant General Insurance Limited - a range of insurances to protect some of the purchases you make with your Citigold debit card:
  • Get an additional 12 months' warranty on many new electrical items purchased in the UK when you register them
  • Buy an item in the UK and find it cheaper in a UK retail store within 60 days and you can ask us to refund the difference
  • Many items are also protected against theft, accidental damage or fire for a full 30 days from the date you bought them
• Protection for your cards, keys and wallet provided by Card Protection Plan. Lose your bag or wallet, or have them stolen and one call can cancel all your cards (even the non-Citibank ones) and order replacements. And if you should lose your keys too, all your locks can be replaced. Also includes insurance against fraudulent card use.
