As a Citigold Current Account holder you are automatically covered by our Worldwide Travel Insurance, Identity Theft Protection, Purchase Protection Cover and 60 Day Price Match Guarantee when your account is opened. Your policy number
Your Citigold Account Number is your policy number so please use this when speaking to any of our insurance partners regarding your cover.
Your Citigold Account Number is sent to you in your 'Welcome Pack' when you open a Citigold Current Account. It also appears at the top of your statement.
Worldwide Holiday Travel Insurance (provided by ACE)
You and your family are automatically covered by our Worldwide Travel Insurance cover from the day your Citigold Current Account is opened.

You are automatically covered by our Identity Theft Protection cover from the day your Citigold Current Account is opened.

Simply visit the CPP website and use the details provided on your CPP welcome letter which will be sent to you within 5 to 7 working days after your Citigold Current Account is opened.
Once you have received a document from CPP confirming that your protection has been activated, you can register your valuable documents by calling CPP on 0844 848 4292. Lines are open 8am-8pm, 7 days a week.
