| Transferring funds within UK |

We offer the follow methods for transferring funds within the UK: |

| BACS transfer |
| |
| BACS is a transfer service that works exclusively within the UK. It's free of charge with Citibank and your funds are normally credited in three - four working days. You may also use BACS to transfer funds to other UK Banks and Building Societies through CitiPhone Banking, Citibank Online Banking and Citibank Card Banking Centres. |

| Please note: In certain circumstances - for example, if you are making a withdrawal for a large sum of money - we will contact you to confirm your request before processing it. This is to maintain the security of your account and is designed to protect your interests.
Costs/charges may be incurred when processing a funds transfer via another bank. |

| Telegraphic transfers within the UK |
Citibank offers a full telegraphic transfer service within the UK, making sure that your funds are where you want them, when you want them.; |

| The money you transfer will be transferred the same day provided you call before 1.30pm UK time. This same day service is available through the transfer service known as CHAPS. There will be a charge for this service (see Tariff and Interest Rate sheet). |
Telegraphic transfers can be arranged through CitiPhone Banking or at one of our branches. |

Sending payments within the UK |
| |
| If you wish to send payments within the UK, please provide us with the following information: |
| |
- The full account name of the person or company you wish to pay
- The name of their bank, branch and six digit sort code
- Their bank account number
- The amount to be paid
- Payment reference (if required)

Incoming payments |
| |
| If you're receiving monies from other UK or Channel Island accounts, you'll need to provide the sender with the following information so that money is credited to your account in the shortest possible time.
