Secure online code is a free card protection service we provide in association with Visa International and MasterCard Worldwide.

Secure online code protects against unauthorised use of your Citi card when shopping online at participating retailers.

With secure online code:

• You know your card details are safe.
• We know it's you shopping with your card not a fraudster.

It's quick and easy to register - all you need is your Citi card.

Registering only takes a few minutes - just type in your contact details and then choose a Password and Personal Greeting. It's that simple.

You can now register for our secure online code service for the Citi card you've just received your statement for.

We will let you know when you can register any other Citi cards you may have.

If you don't want to register now, you may be prompted to register next time you shop online with your Citi card at a participating retailer.
