The way we do things
Citibank is a global bank but we operate at a
local level. So while we offer the vast resources and support network
of a large international bank, we ensure that these are presented
in a straight forward way that deliver our customers the choices
that enable them to control their finances effectively. Put simply,
our aim is to deliver grown-up banking.
For example, we were the first bank in the United
Kingdom to launch PC banking, giving our customers access to their
accounts 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, from anywhere in the world.
Similarly, our CitiPhone
Banking Service enables customers to perform a range of tasks
over the phone, from paying bills to transferring money overseas.
And like Citibank
Online it's available around the clock all over the world.
Citibank was the first bank in the UK to introduce
a "screen keyboard" for customers to use to log onto Citibank
Online, providing enhanced security against cybercrime such as key
loggers.
It's this sort of fresh thinking that enables
us to constantly develop and improve our range of products and services,
so that Citibank customers can continue to enjoy the best possible
banking experience.
