| 1. Conditions
1.1. These Account Specific Terms and Conditions apply to the Euro Saver Account. They are additional to and should be read together with the Citibank Account General Terms and Conditions. If there is any inconsistency between them these Account Specific Terms and Conditions override the Citibank Account General Terms and Conditions to the extent of the inconsistency.
1.2. Account means the Euro Saver Account.
1.3. You may only have one Account (whether held solely or jointly).
1.4. The Account must be held in Euros.
1.5. Nominated Account means the UK current account in your name held at a bank other than Citibank and notified to us by you through CitiPhone Banking. You may only have one Nominated Account.
2. Direct Debits/standing orders
2.1. You cannot set up:
(i) Direct Debits to make payments either to or from the Account; or
(ii) standing orders to make payments from the Account.
3. Interest
3.1. If during any statement month, you make a withdrawal from your Account (except when closing the account), no interest will be payable on the total account balance for that month.
3.2. A statement month is the period of one calendar month from the date your monthly statement is issued. Your monthly statement date is the day after the monthly interest payment date, which will be the last day of each calendar month unless you request a different date. If you have other Citibank accounts, any change you make to your interest payment date will also apply to those accounts.
3.3. We pay interest on cleared credit balances up to €5,000,000 (five million euros). No interest is payable on balances that exceed this amount.
4. Withdrawals
4.1. You may withdraw the currency equivalent of up to £10,000 cash from any branch of Citibank in the UK without notice if within your Available Balance. Larger withdrawals will require two Banking Days' notice.
4.2. You may withdraw cash at certain ATMs displaying the VISA logo subject to the individual machine limit, your Available Balance and specific limits determined and notified to you by Citibank from time to time.
4.3. You may make a transfer from the Account to any other Citibank Account via CitiPhone Banking, Citibank Online or a Citibank Branch in the UK.
4.4. You may make a transfer from the Account to your Nominated Account via Citibank Online only.
5. Cheque books
5.1. No cheque book is available with this Account.
6. Citibank ATM Card
6.1. If you link your Card to this Account, and your card type permits such use you will be able to use the Card as a Citibank ATM Card, unless you are an existing customer with an existing Card.
