We need the following documents to open your account:
- One original document to confirm your current address: a recent Citibank bank statement, your most recent monthly UK bank statement; a UK utility bill (not older than 3 months); a local authority tax bill (valid for the current year) or a UK tenancy agreement.
- If you do not have one of the above address documents, please include a completed Status Enquiry and Consent form.
- A cheque in Sterling or in US Dollars drawn on your personal account, in your name to be paid into your new Citibank UK account (minimum £1).
- Certified copy of ID (passport/national ID card, EEA countries); tax forms R105 and W9 if you are a US resident.
