Not Registered yet?
If you are new to Citibank Online, or if you have received a replacement card or e-PIN number, you will need to register (or re-register) for Citibank Online.
You will need your Citibank Card Number (the 16-digit number on the front of your card) and the 6-digit e-PIN that we will have sent you in the post.
If you can't find your e-PIN please call us on 0800 00 55 00 (or +44 20 7500 5500 if calling from abroad) and we'll send you a new one. When calling Citiphone Banking we ask for your 4-digit Telephone PIN (T-PIN). If you cannot remember this you will be asked a series of security questions when we answer your call.
Your Citibank Card must already be activated. When you receive a new card there are instructions to phone the activation line on 0808 1014270 to activate the card. Until you do so Citibank Online will not accept the card number.
When you register for Citibank Online you will be asked to create a User Name, Password and five Challenge Questions. From then on your User Name, Password and one of the randomly selected Challenge Questions is all that you need to sign on.
Important security reminder
Your security is very important to us. Please take a moment to read this information.
In addition to correspondence from your regular Citibank contacts (e.g. Personal Banker, Relationship Manager or Investment Consultant) we may also contact you electronically via email or secure messages.
Please note, secure messages are only displayed in the 'My Home' section within Citibank Online.
Please be wary of 'phishing' emails that appear to be from Citibank (or other financial institutions) asking you to click a link and then enter, or confirm, your security details as we NEVER ask you to confirm your security details via email.
If you receive a 'phishing' email, please forward it to suspicious.email@citi.com, so we can determine if it is fraudulent.
To help protect yourself against email fraud, please visit the 'Spoof Email' section of the Citibank website for more online security information and advice. |
