How to set up Citibank Alerts

Registering for the service and setting up your alerts for either package only takes a few minutes - simply sign on to Citibank Online and select "Citibank Alerting Service" on the left-hand menu. Alternatively, call us on 0800 00 55 00 or speak to a Personal Banker at one of our branches.

And if you decide you want different alerts at any time just go back online or call us and we will change your alerts for you.
