The Citibank Alerting Service offers you two packages:
- Standard alerts package - account updates on balance, overdrafts, and large debits - Free
- Personalised alerts package - greater flexibility, choice, and more detailed information on deposits and debits related to your account - £2.50 per month. Subscribe to the personalised package and receive the first month free.
Registering for the service and setting up your alerts for either package only takes a few minutes - simply sign on to Citibank Online and select "Citibank Alerting Service" on the left-hand menu. Alternatively, call us on 0800 00 55 00 or speak to a Personal Banker at one of our branches.
