Adding a new payee

Add new payees to Citi Online in a matter of minutes.

  • First, choose Payments and Transfers from your My Citi page. On the next page, select Add or Manage Payees.
  • Click on Add a Payee at the top of your payee list.
  • Select the type of payee you’re adding from the drop-down menu.
  • Enter their name and account details, plus any other information you want noted.
  • Click NEXT for a summary of your payee details, followed by CONFIRM.
  • Your new payee has been added. Click Add or Manage Payees to see them in the list, and use the plus icon to view their details.
