Card Replacement

Is your card damaged or worn? Use Citi Online to order a new one.

  • Select Service Centre on your My Citi dashboard.
  • Click Request a Replacement Card in the sidebar.
  • Use the drop-down menus to tell us about the card.
  • Click SUBMIT REQUEST and check through the details you’ve provided.
  • All correct? Click CONFIRM.

Your card is cancelled, and a new one is on its way. You can continue using your existing card until it arrives.
