Change T-Pin

Use the Service Centre to change your 6-figure “T-PIN” security code (required when calling CitiPhone or your Relationship Manager).

  • Access the My Profile via your My Citi dashboard.
  • Click Change T-Pin in the sidebar.
  • Enter your security code twice and click Next
  • Enter the OTP sent to your primary mobile number and click CONTINUE
  • A box appears to confirm your code is changed. Click OK, and remember to use this code the next time you call us
