Select Service Centre on your My Citi dashboard.
Click Document Upload in the sidebar.
Use the drop-down menu to select Document Type
Input Additional Information and upload document in acceptable format (PDF/JPG/PNG/TIF and GIF) and click NEXT
All correct? Click CONFIRM.
