How To Enable Touch ID/Finger Print Sign On

Touch ID Sensor and Fingerprint sign on

Mobile

Clients can now log on to the mobile banking app on their devices with their unique fingerprints and enjoy a faster, more convenient and secure mobile banking experience.

To enable Touch ID or Face ID login/ Fingerprint login, select the profile & settings icon on the top left.
To enable Fingerprint login: Select Fingerprint under Security Settings, click ENABLE and CONTINUE.
To enable Touch ID/ Face ID login: Select Touch ID/ Face ID under Security Settings, click ENABLE and CONTINUE.
To DISABLE any of the above, please follow the same process and click DISABLE
Please note that in order to use Touch ID or Face ID/ Fingerprint Sign On functionality, you should have enabled this function in your device.
