How To View Your E-Statements Online

View your E-Statement

View your E-Statement online as soon as it’s available.

In the My Profile section, click on View your E-statement.
Use the drop-down menus to choose the account, year and month.
Now click GO.
Read the security alert and click OK and open your e-statement PDF.

View or download last 7 years of your E-Statement on the Citi Mobile^® UK App.

Select the Account from the dashboard
Tap on the "Statement" link on Account details page
Tap on the PDF icon.
Enter the unlock code or SMS OTP received on your registered mobile number.
View and/or download your statement.
