How do I qualify for the welcome reward?

To qualify for our welcome reward you should open a Citigold Current Account and fund your account with £150,000 (to qualify for 50,000 Avios points) or £650,000 (to qualify for 100,000 Avios points) within 30 days. You should then maintain the balance for 2 full calendar months and meet your Relationship Manager to complete a Risk Profile within three months of account opening. What are Avios points?

Avios is the reward currency of the British Airways Executive Club. You can spend your Avios for rewards such as flights, upgrades, hotel stays, car hire and more*. Find out more about spending Avios.

How do I let you know if I want Avios points or cash?

Click here to register your choice of reward; you will need to provide your 16 digit Citi Debit Card number. If you would like to receive Avios you will also need your British Airways Executive Club number. You should let us know your choice within 2 months of account opening, if we do not receive your selection we will provide you with the cash reward automatically once you have met all the qualifying criteria.

How can I set up a British Airways Executive Club account?

How can I find my British Airways Executive Club membership number?

To find your British Airways Executive Club Membership number, log in to your account at ba.com using your username or registered email and password. Once logged in you can find your Membership number on the Members homepage. If you are still experiencing problems then visit the login help page.

You may not have met all the qualifying criteria, please review the full terms and conditions here. If you have met the criteria please contact your Relationship Manager who will be happy to assist you with resolving the issue.
