Send and Receive a Message

To use this feature, click on your Customer Services tab and select Send a Message.

Use the drop-down menu to choose a subject.  Type the text of your message in the box below.

Tick the box if you'd like to save a copy of your message. When ready, click Send this message.

You can Read Saved Messages at any time for reference. Click on the subject of any given message to view its content.
