First, click on your Customer Services tab and select Change your e-PIN.
You will now be asked for one of your chosen security questions. Type the answer in the box and click Continue.
On the new page, enter your current e-PIN, followed by the new e-PIN you wish to use. Reconfirm your new e-PIN and click Change e-PIN.
