First, click on your Customer Services tab and select Change your Personal Details.
You will now be asked one of your chosen security questions. Type the answer in the box and click Continue.
On the next page, change your home or mailing address and make sure we hold the correct email and telephone numbers for you.
When ready, click Next.
Click OK in the pop-up box. Your details will now be changed.
