Send a Message

  • Select Service Centre on your My Citi dashboard.
  • Click Send a Message in the sidebar.
  • Use the drop-down menus to either Ask a question, Send a request or Raise a complaint.
  • Ask a question/Send a request: Click the message you would like to ask and then select Product Category. and Topic from the drop down menu and check through the details you’ve provided. Please select the account in question and any additional information and click NEXT.
  • All correct? Click CONFIRM.
  • Raise a complaint: Select Product Category and Subject of complaint from drop down menu. Please select the account in question and any additional information and click NEXT.
  • All correct? Click CONFIRM.
